12-Month Limited Warranty

At BARKAHOLICS® we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Every product purchased from us is covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not limit or replace those rights.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty operates alongside, and does not restrict, any rights or remedies available to you under the ACL.

What This Warranty Covers

During the 12-month warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship when used under normal, intended conditions.

Covered issues may include:

• Manufacturing defects
• Internal component failures
• Electronic or functional faults not caused by misuse or accidental damage
• Battery or charging system faults not resulting from external damage
• Factory-related defects affecting normal product performance

All warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval by our technical support team.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.

Examples of non-warranty damage include, but are not limited to:

• Cracks, dents, impact marks, crushing, deformation, or signs of being dropped
• Damage resulting from collisions, excessive force, pressure, or accidental impact
• Water or liquid damage beyond the product's stated waterproof or water-resistant rating
• Damage caused by incorrect charging methods or the use of non-approved chargers, batteries, or accessories
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, corrosive environments, or environmental damage
• Damage caused by pets chewing, biting, scratching, or otherwise physically damaging the product
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic blemishes, fading, scratches, worn contact points, or frayed straps
• Damage resulting from failure to follow operating instructions, maintenance requirements, or safety guidelines

Products showing evidence of physical damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification will not qualify for warranty replacement or repair.

Customer Responsibilities

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

• Provide proof of purchase
• Provide a detailed description of the issue
• Supply photographs and/or videos if requested
• Return the product for inspection when required
• Package the product safely and securely for transit

Providing clear information helps us assess warranty claims more efficiently and minimise delays.

Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Contact Support

Submit your warranty request through our customer support team and provide details of the issue.

Step 2: Initial Assessment

Our team will review your claim and may request additional information, photographs, videos, or troubleshooting steps.

Step 3: Return Authorisation

If the issue appears to be covered under warranty, we will provide return instructions along with any required authorisation details.

Step 4: Product Inspection

Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect and assess the product to determine whether the fault falls within warranty coverage.

Step 5: Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Step 6: Claim Outcome

If the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage, we will provide the assessment findings and discuss available options where applicable.

Please note that return shipping costs may apply to products found not to be covered under warranty.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty:

• Applies only to the original purchaser
• Is non-transferable
• Does not cover incidental or consequential damage except where required by law
• Does not restart or extend upon repair or replacement of a product
• Applies only to products purchased from BARKAHOLICS® or an authorised reseller
